As part of the Social Entrepreneurship vector, DNA promotes the creation of businesses by residents who would otherwise find it hard to access the legal and financial mechanisms that such initiative requires. The goal is to also promote the creation of businesses that suppress social deficiencies already identified in the Municipality.
