This initiative is developed in schools that joined the project, in Cascais, and its goal is to promote the entrepreneurship, by raising awareness and training teachers and students. 

 

The training is to prepare teachers in order for them to educate on entrepreneurship to high school students. At the end of the sessions, teachers must be able to motivate students into creating a business and clarify all major doubts on developing an innovating idea.
 

This training is based on a “learning by doing” approach, using activities and experiments rather than theoretical knowledge given to students. The programme allows an effective and multidisciplinary involvement, along with an academic experience that will help trainees research and develop the features that make successful entrepreneurs.
 

Several training sessions are organized in partnership with Gesentrepreneur, aimed at teachers. Roughly 1000 students are involved in the entrepreneurial school programme in Cascais every year.
